Group Classes 

We understand that healing from trauma can be challenging, but you don't have to go through it alone. We offer a range of therapy groups that provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their experiences and find healing.

Our therapy groups cover a range of topics, including:

  • Grief and Loss: Losing a loved one, a job, or a relationship can be a difficult experience to navigate. Our grief and loss group provides a supportive space for individuals to process their emotions and find comfort and healing.

  • Anxiety and Stress Management: Many of us experience anxiety and stress in our daily lives. Our anxiety and stress management group provides tools and techniques to manage these emotions and improve overall well-being.

  • Racial Trauma: The experience of racism can cause profound trauma and impact mental health. Our race trauma group provides a safe space for individuals to process their experiences and work towards healing.

  • Sexual Trauma: Sexual trauma can profoundly impact mental health and well-being. Our sexual trauma group provides a safe and supportive space for individuals to process their experiences and find healing.

Our therapy groups are facilitated by an experienced therapist who provide a warm and supportive environment for group members. We understand that group therapy can feel intimidating. Still, we assure you that our groups are designed to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their experiences and find healing.
