​Individual Therapy 

Individual therapy is a unique and personal experience where clients can work through their challenges in a safe and supportive environment. As a therapist, I believe everyone can heal and grow; my approach to individual therapy is rooted in this belief.
I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and trauma-focused therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals and develop a customized treatment plan for their unique needs and strengths.
In my sessions, I use a person-centered approach, which means that I prioritize the client's experience and perspective. This allows me to understand their challenges better and work with them to develop effective coping strategies. I also incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion into my therapy sessions, which can help clients develop greater self-awareness and cultivate a sense of acceptance and kindness toward themselves.
As a therapist, I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for effective therapy. I work to establish a strong connection with my clients, providing a safe and supportive space for them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I strive to create a therapeutic environment through active listening and empathic responses where clients feel seen, heard, and validated.
My ultimate goal is to help clients achieve greater self-awareness, improve their coping skills, and develop a greater sense of resilience. Together, we can work towards building a more fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am committed to providing compassionate and effective support every step of the way.
